It matters how much material, what technologies, and how much time is consumed for the completion of a development project. We provide support services to <strong>fellow structural designers, architects, contractors, manufacturers, and developers<\/strong> in need of professional consultation as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For investors &#8211; Support from concept to implementation<\/strong><br \/>\nIn our fast-changing environment, time is our greatest adversary &#8211; and our friend. Well-based decisions at the right time! This is the key to successful investment. With runaway inflation and daily price hikes, there is no room for mistakes and bad decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The outcome of a project &#8211; its risks, its feasibility and its budget &#8211; are essentially determined at the conceptual design stage. The cost of structural design is only a few percent of the total costs, but its impact can affect the budget by an order of magnitude, up to 20-30%. It is therefore crucial for the outcome of a project that structural design advice and expertise shall be prominently involved from the conceptual architectural design phase and be present throughout the project implementation process.<\/p>\n<p>As part of our expert service, we represent the interests of our client while keeping in mind the investor&#8217;s goals during the entire investment, support them in well-based decisions, and contribute to making the project a success story.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nFor contractors &#8211; Support throughout the implementation process<br \/>\n<\/strong>The designer plans, life dictates and the contractor calculates. There is no construction project where changes are not required, which can have a significant impact on the success of the project; staying on time and on budget despite the challenges that arise.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 120 years of overall design practice and 450 design project experience behind us, we provide the client with a complex service in the entire construction process in close cooperation with the project participants (designers, construction team, experts). We address structural problems that arise during construction, focusing on the solution. We negotiate, analyze, provide expertise and develop proposals.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the nature of the project and the client&#8217;s interests, the contractor support service can be an &#8220;independent&#8221; assignment, where we enter the construction phase as a new designer on the contractor&#8217;s side, or it can be done in a very close cooperation with the client and the general designer, where we act as an external eye and advisor to the extent necessary to support the success of the project.<\/p>\n<p>We undertake the optimisation, economic and feasibility analysis as well as structural analysis of any structure. Be it steel, reinforced concrete, timber, aluminium structures or even foundations.
